HubSpot Basic - Import a HubSpot Contact, Company, or Deals Segment (formerly Lists) for a Smart Send Campaign
HubSpot
Many HubSpot users will find that after configuring their Basic Integration for HubSpot Contacts, Companies, and Deals, their next step will be to import a HubSpot Segment (formerly Lists) for Smart Send Campaigns.
To accurately track the delivery and response of a Postalytics Smart Send Campaign within HubSpot, it's crucial to utilize the HubSpot import feature. This is a very straightforward process that's required to:
Map HubSpot Contact fields into Postalytics for both mailing and personalization uses.
Receive Postalytics delivery and response status events directly into HubSpot.
Important Notes about HubSpot Lists:
Within the Postalytics application HubSpot Segments (formerly Lists) can be imported from Contact, Company, or Deals objects only.
Segments (formerly Lists) imported using the HubSpot Basic Integration will receive tracking and delivery events to the object used for the list.
While Postalytics supports list import from .CSV and Excel files, campaigns using lists with these import sources do not connect to HubSpot for tracking and delivery events, or timeline activity events.
To import a HubSpot Segment (formerly list) with the Integration, your version of HubSpot must support the Lists feature.
Segments (formerly Lists) that include Contacts with addresses in the United States and Canada will be split into two separate lists - by Country.

Then select “Confirm Field Mappings”.
